    格調の高い演奏としては究極。それほどに素晴らしい演奏です。フランチェスカッティ最上の遺産ともいえる一枚だと思うので多くの方に聴いて欲しいですね。

    この録音は、シェリングの旧録音に匹敵する名演奏の記録である。フランチェスカッティの美音が、バッハの作品に違和感を与えるどころか、逆に花を添え、2楽章の「祈り」を込めた楽章ではそのすすり泣く音が感動を与えてくれるのだ。
