This DVD is just as great as the Sleeping Beauty(1964) DVD(IVCF2504). Yevteyeva as Odette/Odile is elegant with classical purity and a real sense of drama. The corps de ballet is so beautiful. Fedotov conducts excellently. The set design and scenery is terrific. The screen is in its original picture ratio, cinemascope, and the sound pitch is correct. Though abridged, this film is not to be missed for all who admire great Russian Ballets.
