Ｍ１は、自作詞の『語り』で、アイドルとは思えない暗いオープニングが印象的です。Ｍ８は、当時ラジオで『私には早過ぎる』、『歌詞を変えてもらった』と言っていたいわく付きの楽曲。かなり直接的にティーンの『性』を感じさせますが、山口百恵の『青い果実』や『ひと夏の経験』あたりへのアンサーでしょう。『まずリリースありき』の時期だったことを考えると完成度は高いです。

この3rdはセカンドラブの勢いで売れたけど内容的には2ndが上。良曲もちらほらあるけどすっきりしない感じ。
