    リコーダーの定番であるマルチェロのソナタのほか、ちょっと珍しいベリンツァーニのソナタ（最後のフォリアを含む12番は、しばしば演奏されるが）も収録されている。スタロポーリの演奏は、しっかりしたテクニックに裏打ちされ、変に悪乗りすることもなく、安心して気持ちよく聴くことができる。なお、ヴィヴァルディは、作品３−８の編曲で、マルチェッロやベリンツァーニのほかの曲を収録した方が、アルバムとしては統一性があったと思います。全集を多く出しているBRILLIANTなので、いずれ、ベリンツァーニのソナタ全集も期待したい。、
