"Incense Music" is a new compilation series of relaxing music with the theme of "marriage of scent and music", supervised and selected by Toru Hashimoto (SUBURBIA), who has worked on many popular compilations such as "Free Soul", "Cafe Apres-midi", "Mellow Beats", "Good Mellows", "Jazz Supreme", and the "Music Scenery" series, with artwork by FJD and mastering by Calm.

The first volume, "Incense Music for Bed Room", and the second volume, "Incense Music for Living Room", are now on sale on CD, digital, LP, and 7-inch single.
The third volume in the series, "Incense Music for Dining Room", will be released on CD on May 16, 2025, and the LP will be released on June 20!

The track selection, which is based on the theme of "the marriage of aroma and music" by Toru Hashimoto, blends ambient, jazz, chill-out, balearica, post-classical, jazzy and mellow beats for a relaxing living space, includes newly recorded material by artists trusted by Toru Hashimoto (YAKENOHARA's cover of Bill Evans' "Peace Piece", Nitsua's cover of Yusef Lateef's "Love Theme From Spartacus", and Nobuyuki Nakajima's cover of Miles Davis' "Flamenco Sketches" remixed by DJ Mitsu the Beats), a beautiful front cover drawn by Jiro Fujita (FJD), and superb mastering by Calm with a focus on the sound image, creating a superb compilation that feels like "sound aromatherapy". The 10 tracks carefully selected by Toru Hashimoto from the CD will also be available on LP with attractive artwork!
