In 1970, Akira Ishikawa, who was striving in the center of the jazz rock road, looked at the atmosphere of the chaotic era and challenged "jazz beyond that" with this ambitious work. In a word, the moment when Akira Ishikawa digs into jazz the deepest and sharpest is this work "Electrum". In the sharpened groove, musicians compete with each other to rise to the heights. The masterpiece "Electrum" that feels like a storm running through, "Revulsion" where many vectors intersect in a complex way, and the beautiful song "Speak Under My Breath" that reminds you of a clear dawn, approach you with a density that leaves you no time to exhale. Don't miss the participation of two genius pianists/composers/arrangers, Masahiko Sato and Hiromasa Suzuki. This is the revival of a work that is highly regarded as Akira Ishikawa's masterpiece. It is one of the Victor "Japanese Jazz" series.
