Content Description

二代目有力候補だった菅沼組若頭の夫･西郷の訃報に、波美子(高島)と西郷の実弟･恭二(山田)は、日本最大の組織を後ろ盾に跡目を狙う河本(保坂)らの陰謀の匂いを嗅ぎ取った。
そんな時、河本と故郷韓国で苦労を共にしてきた妻･英玉(杉本)が突然現れ、河本の裏切りに激怒する。やがて夫の復讐に燃える波美子と英玉の間には女同士の熱い絆が宿る。

This film the newest in the Gokudo no Onna Tachi series is without a doubt the best. A slow building story it contains the most violence I have ever seen in a Yakuza film - it is superb. I cannot believe the way the action builds, the characters interact, and the women’s role in carrying out vendetta’s. Just when you think you can catch your breath you cannot. There is even more action as the ending credits roll which only hints of more to come. If you buy no other modern drama this year, buy this
