T.M.Revolution西川貴教が2009年9月19、20日に故郷の滋賀県で開催する、県内初の大型野外音楽フェスティバル『イナズマロックフェス2009』！
滋賀県の全面バックアップのもと琵琶湖畔の草津市・烏丸半島芝生広場にて開催、2日間で合計3万人を動員する大型野外ロックフェスティバル。
イベントの収益の一部は琵琶湖保全の活動資金として寄付される。
