日本屈指のエンターティナー
90年代爆発的なピークタイム寸前であったJパンク/メロコアシーンの中核を担っていたバンド、Super Stupid活動停止後、Low Iq 01として活動を開始。90年代後半に入り同時代の盟友、Hi-Standerd、Brahman、Back Drop Bomb、Husking Beeといったバンドと共にシーンを牽引してきた。
パンク/メロコアシーンで活動していたLow Iq 01のサウンドはパンクという概念を飛び越え、スカ、ファンク、ロカビリー...といったあらゆるジャンルを飲み込んだフリースタイルなサウンドで、他のバンドの追随を許さぬオリジナリティーを確立。ライブにおいても一瞬でオーディエンスを引き込むエンターティナーぶりに定評があり、フジロックでのステージングなどは圧巻の一言。
そんな、Low Iq 01はこれまでにアルバム3枚シングル2枚をいずれもインディーズで発表してきたが、今回遂に メジャーからミニ・アルバム『That's The Way It Is』をリリース！！
