ニュー・オーダーが、2020年のシングル「Be A Rebel」とその全リミックスを収録した『Be A Rebel Remixed』をリリース。バーナード・サムナーとスティーヴン・モリス、アーサー・ベイカーによるリミックスや、フットウェア大手「adidas SPEZIAL」とのコラボレーション曲など全13曲を収録。

今回のリリースについてバーナード・サムナーは次のようなコメントを残している。「タフな時代だからこそ、この曲をみんなに届けたかったんだ。ライヴはしばらくできないけれども、音楽は今なお私たちみんなで分かち合えるもの。楽しんでもらえると嬉しい･･･また会える日まで」。

ニュー・オーダーを語る上で欠かせない重要人物アーサー・ベイカーによるリミックスが現在デジタル配信で発売されている。ヒップホップとエレクトロのパイオニアとして音楽史に名を残した最も重要なプロデューサー/リミキサーのひとりであるアーサー・ベイカーは、 1983年に初めてニュー・オーダーと仕事をし、そのニューヨークでのセッションでは、名曲「Thieves Like Us」「Confusion」が生み出された。その後、ニュー・オーダーのみならず他のロックバンドがダンスミックスをつくる先駆けとなった。
