【ストーリー】
有名進学校「椚ヶ丘中学校」の落ちこぼれクラス３年Ｅ組に、どう見ても人間ではないタコ型の謎の生物が、突然、担任教師として現れた。その生物は月の7 割を破壊し、１年後の3 月には、地球破壊をも予告しているという。多くの暗殺者や軍隊が暗殺を試みたものの、逆に“お手入れ（＝ピカピカに更生）”される始末。地球破滅へのタイムリミットが近づく中、謎の生物自ら、何故か椚ヶ丘中学校3 年E 組の担任となる事を政府に提案したのであった。月を破壊した謎の超生物が、担任教師に！？
国家から謎の生物=通称・殺せんせー（ころせんせー）の暗殺任務を秘密裏に託されたE 組の生徒たち。なんと、成功報酬は１００億円。潮田渚たちＥ組の生徒は戸惑いながらも、あの手この手で暗殺を試みていくことに……。
先生には“見捨てる”という選択肢はありません！
超速度で生徒たちの“暗殺”を回避していく殺せんせー。生徒の教育と心の“お手入れ”を忘れない面倒見の良い一面も。周囲から見放され、他人を信じる事、そして自信を持つことを忘れていた生徒たちだったが、予想外に“担任”として真っ直ぐと向き合ってくる殺せんせーの姿に、少しずつ“ヤル・・気”が芽生えてくる。はたして、生徒たちは卒業までに目的を果たせるのか？そして、意外に生徒想いな“殺せんせー”の真の目的とは？？
