個性派シンガーから、スターへ。クリエイティヴィティを発揮した作品作りで定評のある「R&B ヒッピー・ネオソウル・ロックスター」ことRaheem Devaughnが高い評価を得た『Love Behind the Melody』から約2年ぶりにニューアルバムを発表します。

昨年6月に自身のサイトで公開したフリーのミックステープ『The Art Of Noise Mixtape』は、オリジナルアルバムに引けをとらないと各方面から絶賛されたのも記憶に新しいですが、 3枚目となる新作『Love & War MasterPeace』は2枚組版もあり、創作意欲マンマンなRaheemの濃厚なソウル愛に満ち溢れた作品になりそう。

大部分のプロデュースはあのKenny Dopeが手がけ、その他、 Ne-Yo、Stereotypes（Melanie Fina、Alexandra Burke、Ne-Yo）、Ronnie “Lil Ronnie” Jacksonらが制作で参加。セットアップシングルとなる「Bulletproof」はCurtis Mayfieldの「The Other Side of Town」ネタでLudacrisをフィーチャー！また楽曲をNe-Yo、プロデュースをNe-YoとStereotypesが手がけた「I Don't Care」が正式なファースト･シングルとなっております。

また「Nobody Wins The War」とタイトルされた曲には、Anthony Hamilton、Dwele、Citizen Cope、Chrisette Michele、Bilalらをフィーチャー。
