Thank you for your continued use of "HMV&BOOKS online". We are scheduled to relocate our distribution center as stated below.

Relocation Period: August 5, 2021 (Thursday) until August 8, 2021 (Sunday).

We would like to let you know beforehand there may be a possibility which your shipping could be affected due to this relocation.

>Shipping Your Orders

From August 4, 2021 until August 9, 2021, we will partially suspend the shipping and some of the shipping is expected to be delayed.

・Regarding the in-stock products scheduled to go on sale on August 4, 2021 (Wednesday)
Regarding the products above, we will send them by August 3, 2021 (Thursday), if the orders and payments are completed by 1:00 pm on August 4, 2021 (Wednesday).
*With the exception of the products which the delay status is stated or cannot be shipped to the warehouse on time due to various reasons.

・ From August 5, 2021 until August 9, 2021, About products scheduled to be released.
There may be a delay in shipping and delivery of the product.

>Shipping Date Specifications

Due to the relocation, the dates stated below cannot be specified as the date of shipping.
August 7, 2021 until August 14, 2021 cannot be chosen as the date of shipping.
＊Orders placed after 1:00 pm on August 2, 2021, the dates after August 15, 2021 can be chosen as the date of shipping.

>Regarding the payments via convenience stores, PayPal and other advance payment methods

When the payments are completed before 1:00 pm on August 3, 2021, the products will be shipped by August 4, 2021.
When the payments are completed after 1:00 pm on August 3, 2021, the shipping of the products may be delayed and could take some time to arrive to your address.

>Other Notes

Except for the shipping of products, there will be no effects regarding purchasing/issuing of tickets, entry to fan clubs, placing orders, browsing the website and my page due to the relocation.
