HMV Membership is scheduled to be discontinued as of December 11, 2017 and will be transferred completely to “LAWSON WEB Membership”. Thank you very much for your patronage over the years.

“LAWSON WEB Membership” offers ticketing service “LAWSON-TICKET” and various services run by LAWSON Group along with the services already offered to you via HMV ONLINE. (Please note that some of the services are not available for customers residing outside of Japan.) We are encouraging customers to consider transferring accounts at this time.

After transferring your account, you will be able to use services such as Lawson Ticket run by Lawson group.

Please be noted, HMV Membership is scheduled to be discontinued as of December 11, 2017, and membership information will be terminated by the end of December.

Also, the coupons and the remaining amount of gift cards associated with your HMV Membership will be expired.

After HMV Membership is discontinued, you cannot
1.Log in to LAWSON-TICKET & HMV website using HMV Member ID that has not been transferred. (Your order history will be deleted.)
2.Transfer HMV Members Cards to Lawson Web Memberships
3.Link HMV VISA card into LAWSON WEB Membership ID.
