吉祥寺GOKサウンドの名エンジニア・近藤祥昭との実験的なコラボレーション作。mnの録音を近藤がオープンリール・デッキに録音し、その録音を素材として近藤がテープレコーダーをマニピュレートした音 （広義でのライブ・ダブ）とmnとの共作。
