表題曲「Drown」はNHK総合にて放送中のTVアニメ『ヴィンランド・サガ』の2期エンディングテーマに決定。前作「us」とは打って変わってオルタナティブなサウンド感の「Drown」に対し、M2「You & I」では「us」を流れを汲むような軽快なエレクロサウンドの新曲となっている。今作でもmiletの幅広い表現力を見せつけてくれる全4曲を収録。
