静岡県熱海市在住でありながら、東京を中心に活動するSmrytrpsやBrave Race nationなどのクルーに所属するバックパッカーMC・Y.O.G.。待望のアルバムが登場！2002年にはNYニューヨリカンポエツ・カフェのオープンマイク・イベントでタカツキに続き日本語でリリックを披露し話題となった。そんな彼の武器である詩情と感情豊かな発声。コンセプトはタイトルが示すとおり“sessions”。ゲスト・ミュージシャン達との音楽を通しての意思疎通。sonpubやタカツキ、shiphon-code、kato keitaをはじめとするクルーの面々から、azzurro、atom、taroといったHIP HOP畑のアーティスト、期待の詩人・小林大吾など、有名無名を問わず実に幅広いジャンルに及ぶアーティストが多数参加。おなじくSuikaのアルバムにも通じる不思議な感触を醸し出す。

素晴らしいの一言に尽きる。どんなビートにも軽々と乗りこなし、緩急自在の男前フロウ、意識の高い独特のリリック。バックパックＭＣとしての誇りを感じられる。ＪＡＺＺＹな感じも良い。小林大吾とのハードコアなＭ１２もサバイ。
