歌唱力の劣化が前作に引き続き、また一歩前進してしまった感がどうしても自分の中に残っている一枚。しかし出来栄えは悪くない。「Whatchulookinat」は印象のあるレトロなR＆Bで、彼女のこの頃の雰囲気・歌声にマッチしていて割と好きでしたし、全体的な内容もバラード・アップテンポ問わず良質なものが並んでいると思います。特にカバー曲の「You Light Up My Life」はかなりお気に入りです。世間的にはLeAnn Rimesのカバーバージョンが特に有名みたいですが、Whitneyのソウルフルに歌い上げるバージョンの方が好きです。より感情がこもっているというか。私生活のトラブルが起こり始めた時期にリリースされたせいか、かつての勢いは感じなくなりましたが、まだまだ実力を申し分なく持ち合わせた大物歌姫は健在だと再認識させてくれる作品です。

この人は本当にウタが上手い。最近はウタで勝負している歌手は、ほとんどいない...やっぱりwhitneyこそ真のディーバですね。

ポイント貯まって欲しいの無かったからコレにした…でも…このアルバム良すぎ!!最近メジャーな物聞かずにインディーズのHipHopとか聞いてて…こんな大物をたまには買うと感激ですよ!!てか買った方が良い!!
