　バロック期の作曲家ハッセの同名のオペラ...

　バロック期の作曲家ハッセの同名のオペラを購入し、ヴィンチの作品の聞いてみよう思い購入。大変充実した作品で、多彩なアリアに満ちている。管弦楽も充実した扱いである。スタジオ録音で音は優秀、台本もついていて現状大変買い得なＣＤだ。　歌手について、このオペラの重要な役アルバーチェを聞いていて、どこから声を出しているのかと思うエコーがかかった声質、はっきりしない発音は先に聞いたハッセの同名の役を歌っている歌手と同じだった。女性の役が２名いるが、いずれもカウンターテナーが起用されている。当時そのようにやられたといってもカストラートと同じではない。なぜ女性歌手を起用しないのか疑問だ。女性役のテナー２人とも、男性が歌っていると気づく声質でアルバーチェ役とともに、気持ちのいいものではない。タイトルロールを歌うカウンターテナーは大変すばらしい。若干不満もあるが、他のＣＤもないので５点とした。
