RCA時代の4枚からのチョイス。これをベスト盤としてLP2枚分（CD2枚分）にするのはなかなか困難な作業だったと思う。 RCAからはもう1枚ベスト盤が出ているがそちらは日本盤も出ていたし、1枚ものなのでそれでも事は済む。そちらも一応おすすめしておく。 こうして曲順もばらばらにされると聴きなれた曲も、その良さや再発見もある。今の彼のようなオーケストラ的な壮大さとは違う、マルチプレーヤーとしてまた感情豊かなキーボードさばきを味わいたいならRCA時代だろう。 そういう意味では本作は悪くないチョイスだ。

Marvellous is this album, because the major part of the tracks are contained on my copies (licensed, of course), except： ”Modinha (Seresta N° 5”) , ”Sentimental Melody (from ”The Forest Of Amazons)” and ”Baa-Too-Kee (Batuque)”.
