ジェフ・ベックがプロデュース、ギターで参加して話題となったUPP（アップ）の現存するすべての音源を収録した2枚組アンソロジー。ブルース・ロック・バンド、クラーク・ハッチンソンのメンバーだったマルチ・プレイヤー、アンディ・クラークが結成したUPPはクラーク・ハッチンソンのサウンドとは打って変わり、当時流行したクロスオーヴァー・サウンドにウェスト・コースト風AORが融合した洗練された心地よいグルーヴ感たっぷりのサウンドです。ディスク1には1stアルバム（75年）と2nd『ディス・ウェイ』（75年）の全曲を。ディスク2には3rdアルバムのために録音された未発表デモ7曲を収録。ジェフ・ベックのセッション・ワークの中でも名演の誉れ高いプレイです。
