12 Skies

2007 album from the Pacific Northwest Hard rockers. Formed in 1989 from the ashes of Portland's Punk Rock/Hardcore/Metal scene. Twisted Roots came together to form a new sound that was both aggressive and melodic. Since their inception, they have released a long list of studio recordings, followed up with local and national airplay for their singles. In 2007, Twisted Roots joined forces with Rat Pak Records, releasing 12 Skies, Fire and the Black. The single 'New Monday' entered rotation as the band went out in support of the album, playing regionally, eventually procuring the opening spot for Ozzy Osbourne in 2008 at the Cumberland County Civic Center.
