Product Description

Trio X (not to be confused with the identically-named American improvisational trio) is one of Sweden's foremost improvisational groups. The trio's distinctive feature is exploratory and boundary-crossing music, the experienced musicians finding inspiration in many genres. Pianist Lennart Simonsson, bassist Per V Johansson, and drummer Joakim Ekberg started collaborating in 2002, and since then have made several recordings, worked with numerous well-known artists, and toured in Sweden and abroad.
