Metropolitan Records is proud to add Todd Herbert, jazz tenor saxophonist to their artist roster. Todd, who hails from Chicago but now resides in NYC, has played professionally for 15 years. One of the groups he had the privilege of touring with was the Freddie Hubbard Quintet. In fact it was Freddie Hubbard who contacted Metropolitan and recommended that we take a listen. On The Path to Infinity Todd shows off not only flying fingers, energetic technique and creative tension in his playing but also shows off his powerful compositional skills.
