Now, for the first time ever on DVD, Dick York's Wardrobe gathers together all 12 of the videos from that extraordinary year, plus a brilliant cover version of Elton John hit Step Into Christmas. Formed in Leeds in 1984, The Wedding Present have been nothing if not prolific with both releases and labels, with some 36 singles, eight studio albums and six record labels thus far. Early independent singles success was accompanied by support and many sessions on the John Peel Show in the UK, followed by their first album which was critically acclaimed - and the band signed their first major record company deal with their own choice of producers and singles stipulated in 1989.
