Digitally re-mastered and expanded edition of this 1979 album from the Disco/Soul trio including seven bonus tracks. The Three Degrees were hugely successful internationally throughout the '70's, particularly in the UK where they enjoyed ten Top 40 hits. New Dimensions was the trio's first album for Ariola Records where they were teamed with hotter than hot producer Giorgio Moroder. The album spent 13 weeks on the UK album chart in 1979 and spun off three hugely successful mega hits. This edition features extensive liner notes and seven bonus tracks. BBR. 2010.

以前日本盤で待望のＣＤ化を果たした３Ｄのアルバムが外盤で再発。前回が紙ジャケで、当時のダブル・ジャケットを再現した完璧なリリースだったので、今回購入は微妙。ボートラも他で手に入るものだし。ただ内容は最高で、フィリー・ソウルを手本にミュンヘン・ディスコを完成し広めたモロダー＆ベロッテが、フィリーの代表的グループをプロデュース、というだけで歴史的な一枚。やっぱファンとしては持っておくべきかな。
