This is the soundtrack to the Stones' live documentary film "Shine A Light" directed by Martin Scorsese!

The film "Shine A Light" presents the band's live performances at NY Beacon Theatre on Oct 29 and Nov 1, 2006. Aside from the live footage Scorsese's camera follows the band in the backstage, retrospective features and interviews, successfully capturing the band in its own unique way.

The soundtrack is virtually a double-disk live album, featuring the band's collaborations with special guests like Buddy Guy, Christina Aguirela and Jack White（White Stripes）!

まあ今のストーンズはライブテイクがアルバムテイクを上回ってる というのはないですからね。初心者がこれから入るのはきつかも。 多分みんな同じ曲に聞こえると思います。 73年の全盛期のライブ盤がないからアルバムを聴いてください。 今の若い人が聞いてるロックのルーツの殆どが入っています。 という自分もストーンズは全盛期を過ぎた80年代からの 後追い体験ですがしっかりはまりましたよ。

超有名バンドなので聴かなきゃという脅迫観念的に購入。正直、曲のクオリティは低い…でもなんだかふわふわした感じのギターはちょいかっこいい☆sus4コードみたいな響きかな？私的には何も感じないバンドですけど何か魅力があるんでしょーね。理解できないですけど。

ダリル･ジョーンズのベースがやっとバンドにフィットしてきた感じ。 でも、昔の曲はやっぱりビル・ワイマンのベースラインの方が･･･ そんな事言いながらも聞き惚れてしまうライヴです。
