かなりのセールスを記録したクラッシュ、ライヴ盤！いやぁホントに根強い人気を見せつけてくれました。初期青筋立てパンクから、レゲエの要素をも飲み込んだ中期以降のサウンドの新鮮さをライヴならではの臨場感で真空パック。音楽性の幅を持ったレベル・ミュージック的精神としてのパンク。クラッシュの魂は直系のランシドなどあからさまな例だけに留まらない。クラッシュの追っかけだったボビー・ギレスピー率いるプライマルは南部ロックへのアプローチ後に『サンディニスタ』的なものへと再び傾倒。ローゼズの１ｓｔジャケで有名なジャクソン・ポロック風ペインティングはクラッシュの影響でしょ、あれ。
