ATRANTIC時代の3枚目のベストアルバム。「スラッシュメタルバンド」としてのTESTAMENTを知るにはこれを聴けばOKだと思う。ただ、「SOULS OF BLACK」からの選曲ゼロはちょっと酷い気がする。確かに、あのアルバムはプロダクションに問題ありだけど、The Legacyなど隠れた名曲が入っているのに・・・。
