SUSUMU YOKOTA & ROTHKOとして「WATERS EDGE EP」の制作に共に当たっていたUKの音楽家 Mark Beazleyが所持していた、SUSUMU YOKOTAの'02年作「BOY AND THE TREE」制作のためのサウンド・スケッチと未発表音源が収録されたDATテープを基に、「魂の深い部分での対話」を繰り返しながらBeazleyにより編集・完成された、物語るような珠玉の作品集。

作品及びトラック・タイトルの多くはAlan Wattsによる伝記小説「Cloud-Hidden, Whereabouts Unknown」より引用したという。奥深くも温かく、彼岸より導くように仄明るく発光する聖なる魂の旅路。
