1973年シアトル生まれで、地元のレストランやクラブで活動している。デビュー作は“Mood Swings (2003)”で、本作は2010年リリースの2作目。単なるスタンダード集ではなく、感情を込めてそれぞれの曲を歌っている。幼少期、ジュディ―・ガーランドやエラを聞いていたというが、その影響は感じられない。声は美しく官能的というよりは、ディープな感じである。
