The majority of the good groove foundations here are laid by musical mysticists Space Monkeyz who first can to light through remixing Gorillaz track 'Tomorrow Comes Today'. The Monkeyz have previously worked with Linton Kwesi Johnson and Horace Andy so the deep reggae delineation is a good 'un and the three strong team gleefullyunleash all manner of dub madness of a good handful of the Gorillaz debut. By no means a follow-up to said set, 'Laika Come Home' is a dubbed-up frenzy that is the late-night/early morning dark cousin of the original album's cartoon tartrazine-fuelled sunny afternoon bopper.
