映画「ハッピーエンド」のチョン・ジウ監督が6年ぶりにメガホンを取った新作「親知らず」のサウンドトラック。出演は「パリの恋人」のキム・ジョンウンと新人俳優イ･テソン。初恋の人に似た17才のイソク(イ・テソン)を愛するようになった30歳の予備校講師インヨン(キム・ジョンウン)の切ないラブストーリーを描いた作品。
音楽を手がけたのはこれまで「ペパーミントキャンディー」「オアシス」「スカーレットレター」などを担当、映画の個性を最大限生かしたサウンドで知られているイ・ジェジン音楽監督。本作も映画のストーリーを色濃く反映した楽曲が多数含まれている。
