ソニック・ユースの1992年度作。ニルヴァーナ『ネヴァーマインド』のプロデューサー、ブッチ・ヴィグを迎えての制作。前作『ＧＯＯ』でのややこじんまりした音処理に対して、ここでは再びサウンドなダイナミズムを取り戻しているが、それは『デイドリーム～』以前の感触ともまた違う。毛糸の人形ジャケットは、バンドとは旧友のマイク・ケリーによるもの。

⑦⑫⑭あたりは随分ポップな方向に振れ、風通しが良くなった印象も受けるが、依然混沌としたノイズカオスと共に不穏なアンダーグラウンドの臭いを強烈に放ち続ける唯一無二のバンド。②④⑤⑧でのキム姉の歌いっぷりが最高イカしてる。それにしても、おてんと様の光が似合わない(笑)。これ以上のロックがどこに存在するっていうのさ。って言いたいくらいの快作。
