まず、ダイアモンド・シーのギターソロは何にも違わない。リマスターだからそう聴こえるだけ。そして、近作が保守的で小さくまとまっているという意見、これは今までいったいＳＹの何を聴いてきたんだろうかとつっこみたくなる。で、確かに刺激的だがそれはジムオルークが参加してた時代の音源だから。言うなれば、分かりやすく、聴きやすいという事。だから何も知らない人でも「刺激的」などと公言できる。

ほぼインスト集ですな。⑦⑧はアルバム既収録だし。diamond seaもギターソロがちょっと違うくらいかな。歌モノが好きな人は買うと物足りないかもしれないが、歌よりも即興のようで計算されたノイズが大好きな人間には最高です。1曲目からやられました。爆音で聴いてます。最近の落ち着いた彼等もいいが、刺激が物足りないと思っている人には思わず「やっぱこれだ」とニヤけてしまいます。

保守的でやや小さくまとまったマンネリ感のあるここ何作かのソニックユースのアルバムよりこのＢ面～レア集の方が遥かに刺激的で久々に興奮出来た！ やはり凄いBandだとこのアルバムを聴いて惚れ直してしまったぐらい最近の彼等にはない実験的で破滅的なノイズチューンが数多い これぐらい次作は壊れてほしいなー
