1994年ニューオリンズのハウス　オブ　ブルースでのライブです。ここにはキング　オブ　ロックン　ソウルと呼ばれる前のソウルシンガー　ソロモン　バークがいます。ぶ厚いホーンを身に纏い６０年代のヒット曲を歌いまくりシャウトするバーク。キング　ソロモンと呼ぶにふさわしい姿です。特筆すべきはブルースが多いことでしょうか。時代の要請に応えたショーのスタイルでしょう。どれも見事なアーバンブルースに仕上がっています。往年のスタイルに一番近いライブではではないでしょうか。買って損のないアルバムです。
