元々はノイズのアーティストであったloren chassによるとてもフリーキーでサイケデリックなアヴァン・ロックプロジェクトがこのsoftwar。エフェクトの強くかかったギターのループから始まり、徐々に女性ヴォーカルやベル、アナログシンセの音が加わって行く。まるで雲の上の世界から聞こえてくる音楽のように聞こえるのはそのサウンドの不可思議さと音の柔らかさからくるものでしょう。幸福感に満たされながらも脳は何かに支配されて行く。とても危ういバランスで成り立つ様はすこし神がかっています。jackie-o matherfuckerが好きな人には特にオススメしたい作品です。
