The Slanted Sound is a band of many influences that has come together to give you this diverse, debut album. Keith Tuttle, playing bluegrass music at a very young age, has been more influenced by funk and soul music. Walsh Kunkel grew up listening to classic rock and has branched out to blues / psychedelic rock. Simplicity is everything to the drummer, Tyler Tuttle, who is influenced by mellow yet funky beats. Lastly, Ben Sigmon loves to listen to groovy bass lines that have melodic flare and rhythmic diversity. This album is for everyone who has a genuine love for music, no matter what style or background you come from. We hope you listen to and enjoy our music!
