1983年に京都で結成され強烈なインパクトを与えたガールズ・パンク・ バンド”赤痢”。今ではとても考えられない、放送禁止等全く眼中に無いような下世話でストレートな歌詞や、気怠さ全開のニューウェーヴ・パンクなサウンドは今聴いても新鮮。この1988年発売のファーストアルバム『私を赤痢に連れてって』は赤痢の代表作でアナログ盤再発は今回が初めて。セックス・ドラッグ＆ロックンロールを体現する全曲ストレートでハイになれる赤痢ワールドを堪能するにはベストな一枚。
