80年代最後アメリカ本格的な進出する直前のアルバムですね。｢PRECIOUS HEART｣はアメリカ進出を前にモチベーションがとても高くなっている作品で奥居香の軽快なサウンドとあいまって今聴いてもとても元気になれます。

This is a great Seiko album, her voice in this album is crystal clear, good recording and sounded even better on the Blu-spec reissued format BUT, the colour print of this reissue is really sad compared to the 1st issue in 1989.
