SHM-CDの比較試聴盤に続き、ブルースペックのレギュラー盤との比較盤を聴く。CD素材に特別仕様の素材を使っているSHM盤に対して、ブルースペック盤はカッティング段階からやり直している。当然、音質改善効果もSHMよりもはるかに明瞭だ。収録曲中、グールドのゴールドベルクの再録音が旧録音と記載されているのは、発売元としては信じがたいミスだ。
