Salvatore lives in Caserta, and has given serious study to the piano, to jazz and to composition, and has played chiefly in the south of Italy: but the music he writes and feels close to seems, through his choices and affinities, to be located in a space all his own, at a crossroads between the Mediterranean and the cold seas of northern Europe, between the fascinations of Portugal and the California of a certain refined (and white) jazz derived from bebop. Salvatore vive a Caserta, ha studiato seriamente il pianoforte, il jazz, la composizione, ha suonato soprattutto nel sud Italia ma la musica che scrive e sente vicina sembra, per elezione e affinit, situata in un luogo suo proprio, al crocevia tra il mediterraneo e i freddi mari che bagnano il nord Europa, le fascinazioni lusitane e la California di certo jazz colto (e bianco) di discendenza bebop. La presenza della voce di Adele rafforza la suggestione attraversando la trama degli accordi e le linee melodiche del pianoforte in un autentico dialogo, sempre sul filo della sorpresa.
