Series 6 starts as it means to go on, the conclusion of 'Times Arrow' is an ingenious episode that combines inventive storytelling with great characterisation. Q puts in his regular appearance in the episode 'True-Q', where he visits the Enterprise to find out if a super-powered crew member is really part of the Q Continuum. Elsewhere crew member Reg Barclay puts in one of his regular appearances and has to confront his fear of being transported if he's to help the crew of trapped starship in 'Realm Of Fear'. Two great two-episode stories feature in this series, 'Cahin Of Command' sees Picard leave the Enterprise to partake in a dangerous mission deep into Cardassians territory, 'Birthright' centres around Worf and Data both finding out secrets from their past and having to re-evaluate their current lives. Once again the holodeck lets the writers imagination run wild in 'Fistful Of Datas', Worf and his son get trapped in a Wild West story and end up facing off against and evil Data. The series wraps up in customary cliffhanger style with the gripping episode 'Descent Prt1' which sees the return of everyone's favourites, The Borg.
