2023年1月17日にリリースした坂本龍一のオリジナルアルバム『12』の、幻となったアナログ盤が通常仕様となってアンコールプレス。

2017年発売の『async』以来となる、坂本龍一約6年ぶりのオリジナルアルバム『12』。
日記を書くように制作した音楽のスケッチから12曲を選び、1枚のアルバムにまとめた作品集。
ジャケットは「もの派」を代表する国際的な美術家、李禹煥（リ・ウファン）氏の描き下ろし。

初回生産限定のアナログは即完売、今作は通常仕様でのアンコールプレスとなります。
（初回生産限定盤にありました『自筆スケッチ | 譜面プリント』の封入はなし、カラーバイナルではなく黒盤となります。）
