リエビィのウィットに富んだ演出がこの洒落たオペラの魅力を最大限以上に引き出しています。このように洗練された演出には滅多に出会えるものではありません。まさにロッシーニオペラの真髄に触れる思い。バルトリのアジリタも全開。ウェルザ・メストの指揮も良い。文句なし！

出演者一同がきわめて芸達者。中でもバルトリは歌、演技ともに最高。この人はブッファでこそ本領を発揮する。ヴェルザー＝メストの音楽も美しい。舞台美術も魅力にあふれている。ロッシーニを堪能できる。
