All instruments and vocals performed by Ron except for Pete James Zubinski (Rhodes on tracks 9, 12, 16 and acoustic guitar on track 9), Mat Cashman (saxophone on track 4 and 7), Gregg Watson (drums on track 4) and Kip Roderick (trumpet on tracks 1, 4 and 12).
