やがて朝日が昇り新しい世界が広がる時、「希望」を手にしている事に気づいた

これまではギターボーカル(Taku)とドラマー(Satoshi Morishita)の最小編成で物語や絵画を想像させる歌詞の世界観と骨太なロックサウンドを融合させた表現をしてきたRIP VAN WINKLEだったが、今回のアルバムではゲストアーティストとしてHAPPYのAlecとRicの他にチェリストやサックス奏者を加えたアレンジで、コロナ禍以降の新しい時代の始まりを感じさせるバンドサウンドを完成させた。

本作のマスタリングはJack White(White Stripes,The Racouturs,The Dead Weather,,,)やThe Kills,Jon Spencerなどのグラミー賞受賞作品を多数手掛けるビル・スキッビーが担当。
