Red Tape Riot is a hardworking indie rock band from Detroit, Michigan. Their debut EP entitled 'Rally Behind The Big Wheels' showcases the bands unique 'brand' of alternative indie rock - which features dynamic, layered musical arrangements, gritty musical performances and lyrics that will hit you in the chest. It features a unique blend of masterful drumming, bass lines that would make Flea proud, dynamic driven original guitar leads and vocal melodies worthy of airplay across the nation. Independently funded and self-produced, RTR selected six songs that they felt the audience connected with and at the same time showcased their range as musicians. Someone To Live For - Groove groove groove! Precision music sounds amazing and the band encompasses it, especially on this song. It is led by a crystal clear vocal hook that *CAUTION* will get lodged in your head for days. Give It to God - features an original groove driven rhythm section that lies somewhere within it's own genre. The lead guitar helps to pull it all together while the depth of the lyrics and unique melody allow this song to fit in amongst the best on the album.
