前作から約5年、通算10枚目となる本作からは、脱退したJohn Fruscianteに変わり、かねてから親交のあったJosh Klinghoffer が新ギタリストとして加入！ まさにレッチリの黄金期を支えたギタリストであるJohnが脱退したことはファンにとって少し寂しい気もしますが、Josh Klinghofferといえば、Johnソロ作品などにも度々参加している親交の深い友人の一人であり、数々のミュージシャンとのサポートやプロデュースで活躍しているアメリカの音楽シーンの実力者。
彼の存在が今後のレッチリにどのような変化を起こしてくれるのか？期待しましょう！
