Crystal Moon

Individual artists tend to have a large influence in the overall mix, with different musical tastes but a lot of similar overlap as well. Red Gretchen definitely have a strong classic rock feel, but there's also a strong blues influence and modern post-rock dynamics woven into the music. Red Gretchen has been playing in the NYC music scene since 2008, and they're always striving to cultivate and amplify their sound both live and in their recordings. Crystal Moon is Red Gretchen's first full length album recorded and engineered by DIY master Matthew Roth of Schwervon! & Olive Juice Music NYC. Crystal Moon is an album with many contributions from great friends and fans. The band is honored to have special guest musician extraordinaire Lenny Molotov contribute lap Steel guitar on the song 'Sticky Chic', and the beautiful band photography by fashion photographer Michael Creagh.
